For those who weren't paying attention in French lessons, this means, I believe, that its very good and very hot here in France! Watch out because Dans' been climbing every mountain in sight so he's looking lean and mean! Mind you he's also been partaking in the odd beer or two!

Entertainment has been provided by Gary who has been achieving some superb air but also some gravely earth!

Sunday morning rides at this time of the year can be a real drag. You get up early, well I do, some seem to struggle! Look out the window to be greeted with a nice sunny morning. Reach past the bacon for the milk in the fridge, chomp through the weetibix, kit up and set out.

Last week I took some pictures to show what we have to put up with on a sunny Sunday morning ride around Portland. I feel its only fair to share them with you!

Now I don't know about you but thats a view worth getting up for on any Sunday morning.

Gary gives the thumbs up and must have started very early to need his head light! Mark just seems lost or is he just contemplating a 'sore' week ahead!

So if you fancy a stunning morning ride with views and trails to die for, join us on most Sunday mornings starting at about 8.30 on the Rodwell Trail behind ASDA. We even stop for a tea on the way back, how civilized!
